MY REVIEW OF the Hobbit Bilbo Baggins was a Hobbit, son of Belladonna Took. Hobbits are trice people, smaller than dwarves and half our height. They love peace and quiet. They are unfeignedly respectable people. Hobbits brookd for peacefulness. We find that sleep is nonpareil of the few cherished joys of the hobbits. Bilbo found himself wishing he had never gone on this strange journey.

He hoped to live up to Gandalfs standard of him, since he was the one who chose him to journey into the dangerous lands of Smaug, a golden-red dragon who had stolen gold and silver from the dwarves.
